• 1-2 practices per week (not including holiday weeks)
  
• One head coach and one assistant coach
  
• shorts, knee pads, a pair of socks, and a sports bag if needed
  
• 6 tournament days
  

1. There is no parking on the streets.

2. There will be areas blocked off and marked where campsites are available.

3. Team campsites are to be setup outside ONLY. Areas will be marked with cones. All coolers, team bags, chairs, blankets, etc. are to be kept outside. Teams are responsible for the trash they generate - please use facility trashcans or the dumpster located in the rear of the building.

4. NO BBQ's, propane anything, generators are allowed at Alliance Volleyball League events, or on neighboring parking lots and/or businesses.

5. WATER ONLY is allowed on the courts - all other food and drink that is found on the courts will need to be picked up discarded immediately.

6. NO chairs, coolers, etc. are allowed on the courts.

7. Please make sure all players have non marking shoes.

8. No pets are allowed at the Forza1 VBC facility inside or outside.

9. No photography for commercial purposes is ever permitted at any and all Alliance Volleyball League events, without the express written consent of Forza1 Volleyball Club.

10. If there is rain the AVL staff will ask you to leave everything in your car.

11. No camps will be set up inside the facility.

12. The Forza1 Volleyball weight room is strictly off limits. Gym equipment is not to be used during Alliance Volleyball events.

Please be considerate and let parents use the chairs closest to the court when their child is playing. Do not sit there all day if your daughter is not playing.

Please help us keep the Forza1 North facility in great shape by taking care of your own trash, and please respect our neighbors' properties by not parking in marked areas and not trampling through landscaping.

Can i come from any high school to play?

Do you need volleyball experance?

No, you do not. Anyone at any level is welcome!
